March 21st and 23rd – Common Errors and Subtleties of Pre-Employment Testing

A discussion on the most common errors, FAQ’s and protocol misunderstandings encountered by providers performing WorkSTEPS pre-employment tests. We will provide a concise presentation followed by interactive discussion and Q&A. This will be an excellent opportunity to get your difficult questions and scenarios answered!

April 18th and 20th – Common Errors and Subtleties of Fit for Duty Testing

A presentation on the legalities and differences in performing Fit for Duty Tests with guidance on developing a correctly written report that employers can use in determining return to work status.

May 16th and 18th – Frequently Asked Questions and Open Q&A

In this webinar, we will cover some frequently asked questions such as: What to do if a candidate does not have proper identification? What to do when your ladder is not rated high enough, or when there is a physician-imposed lifting restriction? Then we will have an open forum with the Protocol Team to address your concerns and answer any questions you may have as a WorkSTEPS provider.

June 20th  and 22nd – Hold Harmless vs Consent to Test 

Hone your skills in determining the need for Hold Harmless or Consent to Test. Learn how to expand the medical history interview and get tips and tricks on determining which form is appropriate. 

 

July 18th and 20th – Odd Report Scenarios 

This webinar will give a breakdown of each of the possible report scenarios for all test types. We will dive into odd report scenarios for Post-Offer tests such as Not Capable- Medical Risk, Not Capable-Impairment and Refer for Additional Medical Clearance as well as how to report on Fit for Duty and Physical Agility Tests. 

 

August 15th and17th – WorkSTEPS Musculoskeletal Evaluation Part 1 

Part one of this overview will be an in-depth look at the standing and sitting portions of the WorkSTEPS musculoskeletal evaluation. The Protocol Team will give you tips and tricks on how to quickly and accurately gather the measures for these two sections of the test. 

 

September19thand 21st – WorkSTEPS Musculoskeletal Evaluation Part 2 

Part two of this overview will be an in-depth look at the supine and prone portions of the WorkSTEPS musculoskeletal evaluation. The Protocol Team will give you tips and tricks on how to quickly and accurately gather the measures for these two sections of the test.

A discussion of odd cases we have seen throughout the year and how we handled them. We will also have some time for a live Q and A about this or any WorkSTEPS topic.
