And we've had attorneys work with us for over 20 years, and it's one of the largest employment law firms in the United States. And they just keep us apprised of latest court case law. They read our white papers, they develop templates with us, provide other compliance with all of our test processes. And even specifically for states like California that have more stringent laws, we have a whole separate set of California protocols. So legal is very strong in our company and always has been.
