Well, the testimony in WorkSTEPS's ability to reduce workplace injuries is in the fact that I started it in a small town Odessa, Texas with one industry and have expanded it into over a thousand locations in all 50 states. The whole premise of the testing was to lower workplace injuries and the cost associated with that. So when you have somebody in the medical profession who's actually working with you to see what people can do versus what they can't, and focusing on how to keep them productive and functional, it's just a much better process.
