This training is open to new certs and recerts.
Clinicians who are certifying for the first time will need to complete online course prior to attending (included with fee).

Job Analysis Training
This course will provide a roadmap for conducting a WorkSTEPS job analysis, which consists of a thorough analysis of the job duties and physical demands required for a position and meets the content validity requirements of Sections 14C and 15C of the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures.
To identify employer goals and objectives of an analysis
To prepare for an onsite analysis
To understand the components of a job analysis
To create job specific testing criteria (JST)
To develop reporting of analysis data
To participate in an interactive workshop
