Services

WorkSTEPS takes great pride in offering a suite of outcome validated, individualized, objective functional capacity tests for every stage of employment and injury management: New Hire, Existing Employee, and Injured Worker.  The following services were created by WorkSTEPS in response to an industry need for safety in the workplace.

From what need did WorkSTEPS begin? Does your company have the same need?

Every employment decision is a function of risk assessment and management.  New laws have forever changed how employers qualify new hires and respond to injured workers.  The WorkSTEPS Program was developed in response to an industry need for reliable, medically and legally defensible, employment testing programs.  With WorkSTEPS, hundreds of industries have been able to effectively reduce work place injury incidence and work place injury costs.
