WorkSTEPS licensee network includes over a 1000 employment testing
and FCE licensees in forty-two (42) states.
WorkSTEPS needs at least 1000 additional licensees nationally. Private practice
physical therapists, and hospital affiliated therapy clinics, located within mid-sized to
larger markets are encouraged to explore becoming a WorkSTEPS Licensee.
The WorkSTEPS employment testing and FCE programs have also proven to be effective
tools for increasing the demand for other clinical services, with a possible six figure
annual revenue potential. Licenses can be obtained for the WorkSTEPS employment test, the
WorkSTEPS FCE, or for both programs. Licensee packages are turn-key, and include the
training, software, protocols, policies, procedures, forms, and marketing materials
necessary to enable a new licensee to begin benefiting from the programs almost
immediately.
The WorkSTEPS employment testing and FCE programs are fully automated, and are designed
to be partially completed by supervised assistants, enabling the clinician to maximize
their productivity.
The WorkSTEPS employment testing and FCE program protocols were designed to interact
with existing clinical equipment. In most circumstances, clinics providing industrial
rehabilitation services will experience minimal out-of-pocket equipment expenses
associated with utilizing WorkSTEPS.
WorkSTEPS is also a service organization committed to the success of its licensees. We
provide marketing and legal support - with in house counsel specializing in employment law
and ADA issues. These services are provided at no additional charge to our licensees.
Additionally WorkSTEPS plans to begin offering additional services to its licensees,
including network affiliation referral benefits.
