What are your specific post-employment tests?

Post-employment testing or screening is meant to measure an employee’s ability to keep up with any physical demands of his or her job. As such, we offer two primary post-employment tests: physical agility testing and upper quadrant / carpal tunnel testing. The latter is generally used in jobs that require repetitive movements, as carpal tunnel can be a side effect of this, and the former can be used at any time to gauge an employee’s physical ability to perform a job.
