Ron Gaiser is the President of ONECOMP, a leader in providing employers with a comprehensive, return on investment based prevention and work injury management systems. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from North Texas State University and a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Texas. He is a nationally certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and a licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. He is considered by many to be one of the nation’s leading authorities in innovative, effective Return To Work Programming.

Ron developed and implemented work injury management programs for Union Pacific Railroad and Santa Fe Railroad nationally. Since leaving the rail industry, he has been in the private sector refining and implementing a proprietary Injury Process Management _© (IPM) system which is delivered through ONECOMP Health Systems. Companies such as PakSher Manufacturing and Fleetwood have implemented the program.
