Biography Louis Lippman is a graduate of the University of Florida
in Gainesville and South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. Mr. Lippman was the principal in a private
law firm for fifteen years, with his practice focused primarily on injury and
employment related cases. In 1995,
Mr. Lippman created U.L.M. Inc., to work in conjunction with WorkSTEPS, Inc.,
with both companies dedicated to the prevention of on the job injuries
through functional employment testing.
In 1999, Louis Lippman and Mark Michelson formed
The Michelson Group, a law firm specializing in providing legal services and
nationwide consultation in the areas of employment, employment testing,
injury management, and compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act
(ADA). The Michelson Group has
consulted with OSHA regarding the proposed new ergonomic standard. Mr. Lippman has been invited
to speak around the country regarding the benefits and implementation of work
injury management thorough employment testing and the laws that when properly
applied, authorize such testing. Mr.
Lippman has spoken to hundreds of corporate industry representatives and
medical providers at workshops established by Risk Management Associations,
Safety Associations, Continuing Education Seminars and direct employer
consultations. |
