Biography

 LARRY FEELER is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of WorkSTEPS, one of the largest providers of individualized functional employment testing in the nation.  He graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 1977, is a licensed Physical Therapist, a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist, and is recognized as a leading authority in both industrial medicine and the use of functional data in prevention, injury and disability management programs.

  Mr. Feeler is a dynamic speaker who has appeared on nationally syndicated television, was asked to testify before the Occupational Safety and Health Administration during its public hearing on the Ergonomic Standard, has presented hundreds of seminars on best practices for injury management programs throughout the United States, has authored in such texts as SPINE and STATE of the ART REVIEWS, and has also authored articles in the prestigious Journal of Disability, Occupational Health and Safety, Rehab Management, and many more. 

 He has been a member in good standing of the American Physical Therapy Association, the Section of Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Research, and Private Practice for the past 25 years. He is a life member of the University of Texas Medical Branch Alumni. He is a Texas Gold Star member of the Texas Physical Therapy Association and a Kilo Club Member of the Foundation for Physical Therapy. He has served as a board member on the Political Action Committee and is a certified claims reviewer for the Texas Physical Therapy Association. He is certified in job analysis and has evaluated hundreds of job sites throughout the United States. He was awarded the Distinguished Alumni Award for the School of Allied Health Sciences at the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2001. He is a true leader and an allied professional whose contributions to healthcare have helped redefine industrial medicine and occupational healthcare programming.
